Hannah was an incredible realtor. Our budget wasn't very big and we needed a house that was 3+ bedrooms with the opportunity to add additional bedrooms. She showed us many, many houses with many we put offers on but never got. It almost took us 2 years to find a house in this crazy market. Hannah never gave up on us.. and she knew exactly what we were looking for. She also investigated any questionable things in the houses we looked at so we could make a decision if it was a risk we were willing to make. As a first time home buyer, Hannah did so much for us and made the entire process easy. Even helped us with lawyers and questions we had about that process. Highly recommend her if you want a honest, open and knowledgeable realtor.

We were presented with an opportunity to move to New Brunswick and had to make quick decisions. Rebecca made the choice easier by presenting Fredericton proudly, making the city appealing and making our choice clear. She was honest and took her time (including four weekends) to help us find our home once we made the decision to move. Her first choice in houses to show ended up being our choice (after we asked to see a dozen more) - amazing client instincts. Once we found the right house, she was very patient with the documentation and understanding and diligent with the process. Finally she gave us references for every part of the house that needed services or contracts - she has a network of contacts that got us set up in home quickly and happily. Fibe stars isn’t enough.
