During your house-hunting trip (HHT), Rebecca will work hard to find you the best home to meet the criteria of resale in addition to meeting your lifestyle needs for family, schools and amenities.

As soon as you have chosen to work with Rebecca, as your TPSP REALTOR®, your HHT will be entered in Rebecca’s calendar to give you a dedicated service during your HHT. Once you share your preferences and requirements with Rebecca, your criteria will be put into the MLS® search system, so that you may receive notices of new listings that match your needs. Seeing listings early will help you to familiarize yourself with the market and you can begin noting your favourite homes. Closer to your HHT date we will coordinate together to create a detailed itinerary of homes to see. During the busiest season we can usually cover between 10-20 homes depending on the distance covered. We will help you organize your inspection, financing and other needs you may have during your HHT and with your move.
