Among Frederictonian’s favourite neighbourhoods, Southwood Park and Skyline Acres offer a mix of housing styles and amenities.

Horizon Health’s Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital (locally known as the DECH or “the deck”) is situated a short drive away, thus making Skyline Acres and Southwood a popular location for employees and medical personnel. The DECH has a partnership with the Dalhousie University medical program and the University of New Brunswick’s nursing program. Additionally, it hosts the Veterans Health Unit and the Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation nearby.
