Marissa joined Rebecca Steeves in the summer of 2016, where a summer position led to a keen interest in the real estate industry. Since then, she has become a full-time REALTOR® and the executive coordinator for the team. She specializes in client care, listing and transaction coordination, graphics creation, and Matterport 3D camera operations.
These abilities amount to a strong skill set for listing and marketing homes with her team. However, Marissa also specializes in assisting first-time buyers. Her calm nature and compassionate approach eases the stress of navigating the market. Meanwhile, her educational style empowers young buyers to make informed decisions and achieve their dreams of homeownership.
A Lifelong Learner Committed to Excellence
Marissa graduated in 2019 as a Dean’s Scholar from the University of New Brunswick. While there, she also volunteered as a peer mentor. Her studies focused on Business, French, and Mathematics. She continues to pursue education and lives by the Benjamin Franklin adage that “an investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” In an ever-changing industry, Marissa believes in keeping an open mind regarding technology, social media, and the market.

The Rebecca Steeves Realty team values technology through every facet of a transaction, in particular through their media package. Marissa has been operating the Matterport 3D camera since 2017. This innovative tool, which builds accurate 3D models and floor plans, has become a cornerstone of the team’s marketing strategy, especially valuable during the rise of virtual homebuying.

When she’s not working, Marissa enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her husband, Cordell, and their beloved Saint Bernard, Daisy. Whether exploring Fredericton’s trails or relaxing in their backyard, family time is always a priority.
