A Legacy of Real Estate and Leadership
Growing up immersed in the world of real estate, Hannah began assisting her mother, Rebecca Steeves, in 2015 while attending the University of New Brunswick. She graduated from UNB’s Renaissance College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies and a minor in Business. This unique educational background allowed her to create business plans, develop council frameworks, and collaborate with various NGOs, fostering a natural inclination toward client advocacy.
Global Experiences Shaping Local Expertise
Hannah’s journey took her to Hanoi, Vietnam, where she taught English in public schools. Alongside her husband, Tom, she dedicated weekends to volunteering at a local orphanage and disability center. After two and a half years of navigating the complex adoption process, they joyfully welcomed the first of their three children into their family. This period not only enriched her global perspective but also deepened her commitment to service—a quality she brings to her clients today. Returning to Fredericton in 2018, she rejoined the family business, balancing her professional commitments with being a full-time mom.
Innovating Real Estate Marketing
In 2019, Hannah expanded the firm’s marketing capabilities by offering drone photography and videography services. As a licensed and insured drone pilot, she provides unique aerial perspectives of properties, enhancing the visual appeal and marketing strategies for clients.
Community Engagement and Personal Passions
Beyond her professional life, Hannah is deeply involved in her community. She serves on boards at her children’s school and daycare, reflecting her dedication to creating enriching environments for future generations. An avid reader and book reviewer, she combines her love for literature with her real estate career, often sharing insights and recommendations on her Instagram account, aptly named “real.estate.reader.”
Balancing Family and Career
At home, Hannah and Tom are devoted to providing enriching outdoor experiences for their three children, fostering a spirit of teamwork through participation in team sports. The family has embraced a newfound love for ringette, actively engaging in this uniquely Canadian sport. Their involvement not only strengthens family bonds but also instills values of collaboration and perseverance in their children.
